Onitsha, Dec. 5, 2025 — The management of FirstPower Electricity Distribution Limited has informed customers in Anambra State of a scheduled blackout this Sunday, December 7, 2025.
According to the company, the outage is necessary to enable the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) crew to install a new TR13 60MVA transformer and reconfigure outgoing feeders at the Onitsha Transmission Station The Punch Daily Post Nigeria Anambra Daily.
