Kanu argues that:
The trial court is acting on repealed and non-existent laws, violating constitutional provisions.
The proceedings contradict a Supreme Court directive that invalidated certain charges, including Count 15 (now Count 7).
The Federal High Court’s refusal to comply with the apex court’s findings renders all subsequent actions null and void TheCable.
