The Kano State Police Command has successfully recovered a Toyota Hilux vehicle stolen from the convoy of Deputy Governor Aminu AbdulSalam Gwarzo. The recovery followed a swift and coordinated operation in the early hours of Wednesday, November 12, 2025, according to a statement by Press Secretary Ibrahim Garba Shu’aibu Daily Post Nigeria The Punch.
The suspect, identified as a permanent and pensionable driver attached to the deputy governor’s office, was arrested and is currently assisting police investigators.
